This is soul-forward sound with depth\, designed for listening\, sipping\, and settling into the evening on State Street. \nFor this State Street Soul\, we’re featuring Kim Haffey\, a Columbus-based singer\, songwriter\, guitarist\, and bassist known for her soulful vocals and versatile musicianship. Accompanying herself\, Kim moves comfortably through jazz standards\, current hits\, and favorite songs from the past\, creating sets that feel polished\, welcoming\, and easy to enjoy. \nKim has performed at many Columbus events and venues\, including the Columbus Arts Festival\, Columbus Book Festival\, John Prine Festival\, The Ginger Rabbit Jazz Lounge\, and restaurants and patios throughout the city. A graduate of the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Music and the University of Toronto\, her musical background spans classical training\, jazz fluency\, and contemporary influence — all delivered with ease and intention. \nJoin us for an early evening of soulful sound\, familiar favorites\, and good company — right at home on State Street. \n✨ We’re always looking to feature musicians across jazz\, soul\, acoustic\, and beyond as part of our Sips & Sounds: Good Vibes Live series.
