Valentine’s Day Wine and Dinner Pairing

MENU:
1st Course:
Pear and arugula salad with shaved parmigiano spiced pecans and a tangy/sweet citrus dressing paired with Light my Fire
2nd Course:
Apple cider glazed stuffed chicken or pork chops, with roasted fennel, apples, and bacon, served with whipped sweet potatoes and roasted veggies paired with Superstition or Mama Mia

Wild mushroom barley risotto topped with roasted butternut squash paired with Superstition or Mama Mia
3rd Course:
Dark chocolate Ganache cake with a fresh raspberry drizzle paired with Uptown Girl or Happy Together
